Iron & Equity is XOXS’s youth workforce and real estate development pipeline — built to move students from skills → careers → ownership.
What this is
We train ages 16–21 across the full housing lifecycle: land, infrastructure, construction, and real estate — so young people can step into real roles and eventually become owner-operators in the communities they help build.
What students learn
• In-demand trades and jobsite readiness (OSHA pathways, field days, real tools) • Land & development fundamentals (how lots become neighborhoods) • Real estate & property pathways (sales, leasing, property support, long-term ownership) • Money + mobility skills (credit, down payment readiness, business formation)
What it produces
Job-ready talent for builders, developers, and brokerages — and a credible path to stable income, certifications, and generational wealth.
